Certification Workshop

In an intensive one day Certification Workshop, participants learn the concepts and practice of the Strategy Matrix^® strategic exploration tool. Participants in the Certification Workshop experience the Strategy Matrix, then learn and practice setting up a matrix and how to use the Strategy Matrix software.

Highly Facilitated Strategy Matrix Session

A highly facilitated Strategy Matrix is led by a certified Strategy Matrix trainer who works with the client prior to the session to set up the matrix, then facilitates “working the matrix” with a high degree of user training and coaching. Participants do not learn how to set up a matrix nor do they learn the details of using the Strategy Matrix software. Highly Facilitated Strategy Matrix Sessions can be conducted in half day to full day formats — depending on topic, specific elements in the matrix, and number of participants.
