Certification Workshop
In an intensive one day Certification Workshop, participants learn the concepts and practice of the Strategy Matrix program. Participants in the Certification Workshop experience the Strategy Matrix, then learn and practice setting up a matrix and how to use the Strategy Matrix software.
Highly Facilitated Strategy Matrix Session
A highly facilitated Strategy Matrix is led by a certified Strategy Matrix trainer who works with the client prior to the session to set up the matrix, then facilitates “working the matrix” with a high degree of user training and coaching. Participants do not learn how to set up a matrix nor do they learn the details of using the Strategy Matrix software. Highly Facilitated Strategy Matrix Sessions can be conducted in half day to full day formats — depending on topic, specific elements in the matrix, and number of participants.
