Certification Workshop
The three day intensive Certification Workshop will equip you to propagate the Implications Wheel benefits throughout your department or organization. Certified Implications Wheel Trainer learn the concepts and process for creating and facilitating an Implications Wheel. Certified Trainers can run Highly Facilitated Implications Wheel sessions, train Implications Wheel Users — and receive detailed training in the Implications Wheel software.

Highly Facilitated Implications Wheel
If you want to try the process on a real issue before committing to a Certification Workshop, we can guide as many as several hundred people in your organization through the Implications Wheel exploration process in about two hours (plus a few hours with leadership gathering initial information). In this process, you will work with an issue defined by your organization. In longer sessions, typically a day to a day and a half, we’ve worked with audiences of over 150 participants creating three different Implications Wheels on key strategic issues.

Highly Facilitated Case Study Simulations
Our Master Trainers have created a number of “Highly Facilitated Implications Wheels” based on specific topics. These sessions, more comprehensive than our “Exploring the Future” simulations, include detail pre-work, followed by a day long session generating an Implications Wheel and interpreting (”Interrogating a Wheel”) the results. These case study simulations must be facilitated by a certified Implications Wheel trainer.
